A Glasgow nightclub has installed a two-way mirror which allows male revellers in private booths to spy on unsuspecting women as they visit the toilet! With no notification or signage anywhere in the venue many female club goers have been left feeling embarrassed and used. Although they do briefly show the mirrors in a promo video, the club has been quickly deleting comments and posts on their social media from club goers trying to alert others to the situation. This is pretty much illegal and hugley violates privacy. Thank you The Shimmy Club for giving us a shiny, new, creative and cool take on objectification.

Some hotels do this too. An easy way to check if a mirror is two way is to put the tip of your fingernail against it. You should be able to tell if it’s double paned or just a normal mirror by looking at it. If you find that the mirror is two-way, do NOT stay at that hotel.

Um, there is plus petite clothing…? Petite, literally is only referring to the length, I don’t know how people don’t understand this… Just like “long” and “tall”, nothing to do with the actual number size.

I used to work at a strip club in Los Angeles. At most strip clubs, strippers work as independent contractors that earn their pay through tips, lap dances, private dances, the works. When I worked there for a month, I barely got any tips. Was this because I was the only fat stripper there? Felt like it.

I feel like the club should have been more active in making sure I got a fair pay while I worked there. Fat people should have just as much of a chance as earning money in stripping as their thin counterparts.

If people aren’t attractive, no one is going to pay. If you didn’t get tips because no one thought you were any good or because no guys liked bigger girls then that was their choice, even if it’s a stupid one.This obviously sucks and should be fixed on a societal level, but it’s not the clubs job to give you special treatment over the girls because you are not the product that the customers want…….
